Evaluation of commercial value

It is a visit aimed at evaluating the conditions and the value of a pleasure craft, in order to allow an insurance company, or a lender, to evaluate the asset. It must include a judgment of the expert on navigability and safety conditions. The sea test is not carried out, and the inspection can also take place in the water. Normally insurance companies require expertise on units older than 10 years. Leasing companies require it on any used unit.
